2. Live Classes and Batch Courses

• Fees paid for live batch courses are generally non-refundable once the batch has started and the student has received access to the course or class facilities.

• If ChemistrySir.com cancels a batch or is unable to provide the advertised classes, an appropriate refund, rescheduled classes, or alternative arrangement may be offered.

• If a student misses a scheduled live class due to personal reasons, a refund will not normally be provided.

3. Individual Online Classes

• Fees paid for individual one-to-one classes are generally non-refundable once the scheduled class has been conducted.

• If a student requests cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, the request may be considered for rescheduling or a refund.

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class may not be accepted.

• If the teacher is unavailable or the class is cancelled by ChemistrySir.com, the student will be offered a rescheduled class or an appropriate refund.

4. Digital Products and Study Materials

• Purchases of downloadable digital products, including PDFs, notes, question banks, ebooks, and other digital study materials, are generally non-refundable once the download link or digital access has been provided.

• If a purchased digital product is defective, corrupted, incorrect, or inaccessible due to a technical issue, please contact us. We will try to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file, replacement access, or an appropriate refund where necessary.

• Refunds will not normally be provided for products that have already been successfully downloaded or accessed.

5. Store Products and Bundles
